Owls of California: The Magical Mystery Birds | Speaker: Craig Nikitas

On Saturday, September 20th, 2025 at 7 pm, the Friends of San Pedro Valley Park are pleased to welcome back Craig Nikitas, a wildlife volunteer working with raptors for over fifty years. On a Zoom webinar, he will present his lecture entitled “Owls of California: The Magical Mystery Birds.” This presentation will examine the remarkable adaptations that owls possess and will look in depth at the natural history of common local species. The talk will include a quick overview of other owls found in the state. Bring your questions and curiosity about these silent and charismatic hunters.
