These cave painting are now competing with whale watching as the biggest draw to Bajaa dded to UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites in 1993
Four rock-shelters record a total of 250 figures–humans, deer, mountain sheep, rabbits, birds, and fish–most life size or larger. Animals were depicted life size or over, but human figures could be few inches to more than ten feet.
