2026 Photo Contest Winners
The fifth annual Friends of SPVP Photo Contest concluded on May 1st. Our three judges, Ranger Greg Escoto, Bing Huey, and Sharron Walker, convened to evaluate all of the entries and then awarded the top three photographs in each of the four contest categories.
The winning photos have all been printed and matted, and are now on display in the Visitor Center. These images will also be featured in our next issue (July-August) of our bi-monthly newsletter, Valley Views, which will be sent out at the beginning of July.
And along with the display in the Visitor Center, we will once again hold our best of the winners contest – the “People’s Choice Award” – in which every VC visitor who views the displayed images can cast their vote for the overall best photograph. Come and see them in person!
The Friends of SPVP sincerely thank all who entered their images this year and contributed to the success of this contest effort. We extend our hearty congratulations to each of the winners!
