Come join us on Friday, April 19th from 10 am to 1 pm for a special Volunteer Event to celebrate Earth Day!

The Friends of San Pedro Valley Park are joining the Pacific Beach Coalition and other Pacifica volunteer groups during the month of April to honor Earth Day 2024 by….

• Weeding and removing invasive plants in SPV Park near the Visitor Center
• Removing weeds and plant debris from the Native Plant Garden and giving it some TLC
• Planting new native plants in the Native Plant Garden

We will provide the tools, knee pads, garden kneelers/seats and the plants… while you, the Friends’ wonderful volunteers, provide the much-needed labor and camaraderie.  Just bring your gloves, your water bottle and your Earth Day spirit!
