2025 Photo Contest Winners

The Friends’ fourth annual Photo Contest concluded on May 1st.  Our three judges, Ranger Matt Del Carlo, Edwin Hacking, and Sharron Walker convened and reviewed all of the entries, and completed their deliberations to award the top three photographs in each of the four contest categories.

Each of the winning photos has been printed and matted, and they are now on display in the Visitor Center.  The images will also be featured in our next issue (July-August) of our bi-monthly newsletter, Valley Views, which will be sent out at the beginning of July.  And along with the display in the Visitor Center, we will again hold a best of the winners contest – the “People’s Choice Award” in which every VC visitor who views the images there can enter their vote for the overall best photograph.  Come and see them in person!
