The Friends of San Pedro Valley Park, due to the Coronavirus epidemic and the subsequent closure of the park and the visitor center, have cancelled all events during the month of April. This includes Habitat Restoration, Trail Days, the children’s Wildmind program “Animals of the Americas,” scheduled for April 7th, Jim Steele’s bird song walk on April 19th, and the lecture, “Exploring the Night Sky,” scheduled to be presented by Bing Quock on Saturday, April 25th.
If there is a need to cancel events in May, we will keep everybody informed. We hope for the best and are working on a month-to-month basis.
